To ensure your order clears customs smoothly and arrives on time, please read this notice carefully **before placing your order**.

Many countries require the recipient’s Tax ID or National ID number for customs clearance. Without it, your package may be delayed, seized, or returned – and you may be charged additional fees.

We are required by international shipping carriers (like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and local customs authorities to declare this number on every shipment.

🌍 Countries That Require Tax ID / National ID

If your shipping address is in any of the countries below, you must provide the corresponding ID number at checkout.

Peru RUC (tax) or DNI (national ID) / Passport Individuals can use DNI; foreigners can use passport.
Ecuador RUC or Cedula / Passport Passport accepted for non-residents.
Brazil CPF (individual) or CNPJ (company) CPF is 11 digits; CNPJ is 14 digits.
Chile RUT (tax ID)  Mandatory for all shipments.
Argentina CUIT or CUIL Passport number accepted for foreigners.
Mexico RFC or CURP Required since 2025; missing ID causes clearance failure.
Colombia NIT or national ID Both tax and personal IDs are accepted.

✏️ How to Provide Your ID

Our checkout page does nothave a dedicated field for this number. Please include it in one of the following places:

- Address Line 2(e.g., "CPF: 123.456.789-00")
- Order Notes / Special Instructions (at the bottom of checkout)

Make sure the number matches the recipient’s full name – any mismatch may cause customs rejection.

❌ What Happens If You Don’t Provide It?

If we ship your order without a valid Tax/National ID to a required country:

- Your package will be held at customs until the ID is provided.
- You may incur storage fees or administrative penalties.
- If the ID is not supplied within the carrier’s deadline, the package will be returned to us.
- Return shipping costs and any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
